Thank you to everyone who attended the public meeting to review and discuss conceptual renderings of the trail connection along the Applewood Golf Course beginning at 32nd Avenue. Here are the draft renderings presented by project consultant Felsburg, Holt & Ullevig
Located on the west side of the Denver metro area, PRPD is a Colorado Title 32 Special District with a property tax mill levy of 6.6 mills. 4 mills is for general operations, and 2.6 mills is dedicated to payments related to bonds issued for the acquisition of the Applewood Golf Course. PRPD serves an area of northern Jefferson County that is largely unincorporated, including the communities of Applewood and Fairmount, as well as the Denver West Office Park.
