We are thrilled to announce that construction has officially commenced on the 32nd Avenue Trail Connection, a major step forward in enhancing our community’s connectivity and recreational opportunities!
Project Overview: The new trail connection will start at Maple Grove Park, follow the existing multi-use path along 32nd easterly and then head north along the eastside of Applewood Golf Course. Near the 16th fairway, the trail turns east again along Coors Brewery ponds where it eventually connects with the new development behind Lifetime fitness and on to the Clear Creak Trail. This project aims to improve accessibility, promote outdoor activities, and support a healthier lifestyle for all residents.
Timeline: Construction is scheduled to begin now and is expected to be completed by early 2025. During this time, please excuse the dust and noise as the contractors work through hard to get the project completed on time.
